Pricing questions
What does one credit buy?
One core check. The combined risk check costs the sum of the parts you send.
When am I not charged?
Invalid phone numbers, unregistered domains, repeat lookups within 7 days, test-mode requests, and errors are all free.
Do credits roll over?
No. Plan credits reset at the end of each billing period. Top-up credits last 12 months.
How do top-ups work?
Subscribers can buy extra credits at 1.5× their plan's rate, with a $20 minimum. They're used after your plan credits. Upgrading is always the cheaper option.
What if I run out mid-month?
Requests return 402 and nothing is charged. Top up or upgrade and you're back right away, or turn on automatic top-ups so it doesn't happen.
Can I change plans?
Any time, from the dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately.
